Release and Waiver

In consideration of the foregoing, I, myself, my heirs, executors and/or administrators hereby
waive  and  release  the  host,  sponsors, participants and all other officials or parties involved
in this event from any and all claims for damages, demands and actions arising or may arise
in any manner as a result of my participation in said race, including, but not limited to any
injuries I might suffer. I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks in participating in an athletic event of this type. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for
the completion of this event, and that I have consulted a licensed medical provider and they have
verified my physical condition. I understand that the entry fee is non-refundable. I certify that I
am at least 18 years of age and this is my legal signature.
